These group classes are created specifically for absolute beginners, though experienced practitioners will also find great value in returning to the roots.

In each session, we focus on the most essential principles of meditation, movement, and awareness. Our work centers around five foundational pillars that form the heart of this entire practice. These pillars are so fundamental that anyone wishing to go deeper into Kung Fu, Tai Chi, or Qi Gong should pass through them. But there's no pressure — you don't need long-term goals to benefit from this.

This practice is for calming the mind, cultivating focus, and bringing you back into the here and now. It helps you develop deeper awareness in both mind and body — to open, release, and return to your natural flow.

How it works


  • Each course runs for about 2 months.
  • After that, the next course begins.
  • Throughout the year, we rotate through all 5 pillars — so you can experience each one over the course of a year.
  • At the end of every cycle, we start again: beginners begin a new journey, while advanced students go deeper.
  • You can join and jump in at any time.
  • Simply contact me and we’ll schedule a short call to answer any questions.
  • Once your payment is received, I’ll send you the Google Meet link for the current course.

Pillar 1 - Qi Gong

Standing meditation to develop alignment, grounding, letting go, and inner awareness. Break old patterns, release blockages, let go, and return to your true nature.

Pillar 2 - Footwork

Meditation in motion. Every step matters. Move with intention and presence.

Pillar 3 - 5 Animals

Relearn how to move in harmony. Express yourself freely. These movements bring body and emotions back into balance with flowing, connected motion.

Pillar 4 - Hun Yuan Jin

Cosmic spirals that reconnect you with the ALL. A more advanced Tai Chi practice rooted in universal flow.

Pillar 5 - The 13 Pillars

Stay calm in challenging positions – just like in life, things aren’t always easy.
